Private Apartment
Private apartments are usually similar to a hotel room in quality, and can be rented by the week. They include a bed, living room area, kitchen area, and bathroom. All necessary appliances are usually also in the apartment, including a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, air conditioner, TV, etc. Internet may be included in the standard price, or an optional extra.
Most private apartments are very centrally located, in the main business/entertainment district and within easy walking distance of the school itself.
As these apartments are maintained by a separate company, we must confirm availability with them before we can complete your booking. There is also a chance that the cost may be slightly more or less than we estimated, depending on special offers from the company, holiday pricing, etc.
You can choose from 4 different apartment buildings:

dotR Kego
The building houses about 30 private apartments. The apartments are Western style, about 23 square meters in size. All rooms have air conditioning, a bed, a desk, and are fully furnished. They also have a kitchen area (with cooking and eating implements), and either a bath or a shower. Amenities such as shampoo, toilet paper and bedsheets are provided. All rooms have high speed Internet access.
Tw types of rooms are available: Type A has a bath; type B has a shower only. The price is the same.
Please note that this building has no elevator. Apartments may be on any floor, from 1st to 4th.
This building is located just outside of the very central area of the city, about 8 minutes' walk from school.
dotR Nishidoori
The building houses about 30 private apartments. The apartments are Western style, about 23 square meters in size. All rooms have air conditioning, a bed, a desk, and are fully furnished. They also have a kitchen area (with cooking and eating implements), washing machine, and either a bath or a shower. Amenities such as shampoo, toilet paper, towels and bedsheets are provided. There is no curfew. All rooms have high speed Internet access.
This building is located in the very central area of the city, in a very lively area called Daimyo, about 6 minutes' walk from school.
Estatemore Maizuru
The building houses about 30 private apartments. The apartments are Western style, about 21 square meters in size. All rooms have air conditioning, a bed, a desk and are fully furnished. They also have a kitchen area (with cooking and eating implements), washing machine, and a bath and shower. Amenities such as shampoo, toilet paper, bedsheets are provided. Please bring your own towels. There is no curfew. High speed Internet access is available for 200 yen per day.
This building is located in the main area of the city, very close to the school and the central entertainment district.
Estatemore Success
The building houses about 30 private apartments. The apartments are Western style, about 25 square meters in size. All rooms have air conditioning, a bed, a desk, and are fully furnished. They also have a kitchen area (with cooking and eating implements), washing machine, and a bath and shower. Amenities such as shampoo, toilet paper, bedsheets are provided. Please bring your own towels. There is no curfew. High speed Internet access is available for 200 yen per day.
This building is located just outside of the central area of the city, in a slightly quieter area. It is still possible to walk to school, but a bicycle or bus is recommended.
These apartments are the largest, so are recommended for two people coming together. The bed itself is not especially large, but another futon can be brought in if required.
