FAQs

Yes, you can be a complete beginner and still enroll in our online lessons!
Unfortunately, because we love our 8-hour-of-sleep nights here, we only offer classes at the following Japan Standard Time:
  •   8am to 10am for North, Central and South America
  •   10am to 12pm for Asia and Oceania
  •   6pm to 8pm for Europe, Africa and Middle-East
The minimum number of students per class is 2 and maximum 6. Should there be only 1 person in class we will arrange 1 lesson per day instead of 2 until at least one more student joins us.
Unfortunately classes are only offered using Zoom, as its functions allow us to provide the best classes possible.
If you have studied some Japanese before, our classes start every week. For Complete Beginner students, courses start on the first and third Mondays of the month.

You are our students whether you study with us in-person or taking online lessons. Meeting you online is a joy, and we would love to see you and speak to you on our screens, but it would be even better to meet you in person.
