The private residence is a cost-effective and fun way to make friends in Japan! You will the privacy of your own bedroom, while still getting to meet and mingle with the other residents of the house, and enjoy the freedom of life in the city. Add to that the fact that they are just a short train ride away from school, it's easy to see why these are our most popular accommodation option!

No, rooms are only for single occupants. However, we can arrange for two bedrooms in the same residence. (If you are staying in Tokyo, you have to stay for at least 4 weeks for this to be possible).
No, but each room can be locked by key.
Bedsheets are provided, but please bring your own towels and toiletries.
No, you cannot choose which residence you want to stay at. Our accommodation providers will place you at one of their buildings that has availability.
